Do I need to provide a water or power source for Just.Wash?

No. The Just.Wash van is equipped with everything we need to get your car nice and clean, including a 90-gal water tank, generator, vacuum system, hoses, rags, wipes, solutions, and more!


Can you wash more than one car at my location?

Yes! In fact, we'll even give you 10% off when we wash two or more cars at the same address. You do need to make an appointment for every car you want washed so the time is blocked, but we can wash multiple cars at one location. In fact, we're also booking wash days at places of business, so if you're interested in having the Just.Wash team come to you office, email us.


How do I pay? 

We only accept credit/debit card payments. Our booking site requires that you enter a card to reserve your appointment so we can implement our cancellation policy. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least one day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $15.00. 

PLEASE NOTE: Should you like to tip our Just.Wash employees, cash gratuities are preferred.


OK, I entered my credit card, so why do you need to process my card on site?

When you enter your credit card while booking, unless you choose "save card to file" our team will need to process your payment at the end of the wash.


Can I tip the employees?

Tips are accepted, but not required, so it's really up to you! When you check out, you can give the team cash and they will split all tips they receive at the end of the day. Should you choose to tip, cash gratuities are highly encouraged and much appreciated by the Just.Wash team!


What happens in inclement weather?

We know Middle TN has unpredictable weather at times, so in the event of rain, snow, sleet, hail, tornadoes, etc. we will work with you to reschedule your wash at the next available time that's most convenient for you.


With all the concern about COVID-19 transmission, is this safe?

Our team is required to wear a mask and gloves when they are cleaning the interior of your car to keep your car safe from any potential transmission. We also wear masks when we communicate with you onsite and provide a glove for you to wear when you sign the phone, if needed, at checkout. If you would prefer to have a completely contactless transaction, simply "save card to file" when you book your appointment, and we'll process your payment and wave as we leave. 


Speaking of safety, are my personal belongings safe in my car?

We are so happy to get your car nice and clean, but we can't be responsible for any items left in the vehicle. Before we arrive, please clear out all personal items and loose trash so we can access all the spaces we need to clean. We'll have bags available for you collect anything in your vehicle before the team starts the wash in case you forget! Also, we like having you around! We're happy to do the hard part, in case we need you for anything, we need you on site, so we can stay on schedule and be on time to the next customer!
